Hey just wondering of any locals have a professional BT tool. Ive been getting really long cranks here and there the past few weeks. Past few days rough idling on cold start, car feels like it's gonna stall out...

So I wanna clear my JB3 and take her in to get serviced.. I'm located in the Bronx. Willing to travel as long as it's not too crazy for me..

BTW anyone with a Jb4 can clear his codes to.

Is just the interface needed to do this? If he is on JB3 How will work? The JB4 interface connects to JB3 and the code clearing function works?

Nope, You need the CAN abilities of the jb4 in order to delete the codes.

EDIT: its fairly simple. Download the most latest interface for the Jb4, Make sure your Jb4's software is the most latest.

Plug it up in whiteboy's car. Go to settings in the intereface. Press scan codes, Read,then delete.

I cant BELIEVE the cars been actin up for 2 weeks, and the DAY i post a thread about it, the fuel pump takes a fat sh!t a few hours later!

I called Matt. I think i may have the car towed to him this saturday morning. I have roadside assistance so should be no problem. He said he can look at it and clear it up/remove the JB for me. then I'll prob drive it to the nearest dealer........ FML...

yea pretty much what I was saying, except he doesnt have a JB4, its a JB3. So still no go without a BT
