oil temps/ oil cooler

What oil temp are you guys with tunes averaging while driving around town? I've seen my temp around 230 degrees a lot, granted I was pushing it pretty hard. Is this out of the ordinary?

Do a lot of you have aftermarket oil coolers? How much is an install on those?

Thanks!
J
