I just ordered a M3, and I am selling my 2009 Red E90 328xi. It has 10,120 miles on it. Took delivery in June 2009. Beige dakota leather interior.

In fantastic shape

Dealer installed 3M Clearbra before I took delivery.

BMW Extended Maintenance plan also included - 6yr, 100K miles.

I came up with this price by basically going between Trade and Private party - but since the extended maintenance is included, I added a few dollars to it - that alone cost me $1995.
