i'm a newbie and curious what i can do with this cable? Is this like the BT diagnostic tool or something a computer programmer would use to write a program to interact with the car's computer?

Update, Patryk replied quickly an email earlier today, apologized for the delay, gave me a usps tracking number, expected delivery in a few days.

I got one of these from patrys as well, what software did you guys use? I want to enable video in motion (eliminate the 3km/hr limiter) and possible add more language support to my 09 CiC iDrive.....

video in motion is currently only offered by a select few, patrys being one of them at a price...so you'd have to get in touch with him. I opt'd to have patrys do my dvd in motion and it works like a charm and he does quick work remotely!
