I am located in the Chicago suburbs, but I am willing to work a deal with anyone that is interested.

Car has never been modded, tracked or been in any accidents. Always garaged and driven by a non-smoker. Regular maintenance performed.

You are the 1st/2nd owner? You stated "warranty" in the title. Could you please elaborate? Is this a CPO car/under factory warranty (if so what month does it end this year)/extended factory warranty?

I am the original owner. The car is under warranty until August 2011.
