I need some help please peeps..
My car has started leaking diesel when i fill a full tank, I have done some research and have found that it could possibly be the fuel breather pipe ??. Now, my car has had the whole fuel system replaced (including tank & injectors) and loads of pipes at a total cos of £5k at BMW in March 2010 by the previous owner as they filled it with unleaded and BMW recommened changing every single part !!!! . I have the invoice which is three pages long. So I spoke to BMW who say that they will replace the part that's leaking if it was done in March 2010 FOC under a two year warranty but they want to charge me for a courtesy car and a diagnostic fee ???. Before I give them the car and they try pull a fast one I just want to see if this part was replaced but the descriptions on the invoice state "hose" etc etc and don't actually state "Breather Hose", therefore is someone has this part replaced i need the part number becuase if this part has not been done I won't be taking it to BMW and instead will take it to a local garage to avoid having my pants down and wallet raped at BMW.. Thanks in advance peeps ! |
