Here is the result when Berk Technology exhaust(with rear muffler) is added.

Green - Stock
Red - iCarbon Performance catless DP
Blue - The above with Berk Technology Exhaust added

Again, we picked up power everywhere. Max tq is 273.5 and hp is 269.7. In comparison without the Berk exhaust, max tq was 267.8 and hp is 260.7

In stock trim the 135i N55 made 254 tq and 251 hp

Remember this is on a SuperFlow dyno. Dynojet numbers will be higher.

pretty sure there is - that's why you need the CAN tool.

No problem. The AR design one just came out and that one fits N55 XI

It should fit be the XI. I like this much better than the AR.

And why did mr. 5 gain hp using 3" dps over 2.5s?

I'm not trying to hijack anything, I deal with HP Autowerks all the time and Harold is one of the best people I've ever had the pleasure of talking to and doing business with. I can't knock the fitment of it or the gains of it (18hp is nice), the only thing I'm criticizing is the use of an oem size flange which from the factory is a bottleneck to begin with.
How can the Ar Design downpipe have a larger flange than the icarbon downpipe when they both have to be the same size where they mate up to the turbo? Forgive my ignorance, im just trying to understand. Can someone please explain this to me.

Also, all this talk about size, what are the actual diameters of each pipe?
From what i can understand they are the same, which is as follows:

Ar Design: 4" into 2 x 3". Then reduced to 2 x 2.25" to connect to midpipes
iCarbon: 4" into 2 x 3". Then reduced to 2 x 2.25" to connect to midpipes.

Is this correct? Could someone please clarify this.

Well, HP Autoweks says the fitment of the iCarbon has not been confirmed yet so how long should I wait until somebody confirm it?
