Found a video of Mr. 5's car before he had his actuators replaced. It sounds pretty similar to mine.

Glad you guys are enjoying our downpipes

A lot of the rasp/rattle on these cars relate to the OEM wastegate rattle.

It should do, else something has broken since the pipes were put on.

I'm beginning to love my DPs, the noise at all other times apart from cold start is great.

The cold start rasp goes away if you touch the throttle and raise the revs by a tiny amount, it just goes quiet.

The performance is great too, zero lag and really punchy.

The primary CATs muffles the ticking noise quite a bit and it's not as obvious for the untrained listener. However I could definitely hear mine before I changed as I knew what to listen for. The metallic rattle on blipping the throttle is quite easy to hear, but the cold start rattle and rattle on light throttle will be reduced so much that the engine noise soon drowns it out. This is really what got me as I initially only had listened for the rattle blipping the throttle. I wasn't expecting the other ticking/rattle to be this loud.

So changing it back should mask it and put it back to what it was.
