Help with Fix it Ticket!!!

Hey guys, I recently got a fix it ticket in northern california, (Alum Rock) the cop hounded me down like prey seeing I have a european plate and tinted windows. I have had this since I purchased my vehicle. (I even told the cop to look at the cars behind us because there were at least 3 of them tinted windows no front license) did not even acknowledge it. We were at a stop light.

Do any of you have connections with the Police or are current Police officers that can help a fellow BMW enthusiast. I don't even have my front plates and it will take a long while to get another from the DMV. to pay off the ticket it will be $200+ and if I got it signed off it will be $25. Please help me out. PM me if you can help. I am located out in the South Bay (San Jose).

lol still havent got it fixed.. hahah.. let me ask one of my friends to see if he can do such a thing.. lol
