I will be going through the same situation in a year or two.. but mine will be '12 GT-R (1 year old), 997.2 turbo (2009/10 model), 997.2 gt3 (2009/10 model), one year old F10 M5 (maybe depending on what they do with it)..
imo I wouldn't buy a pre-facelifed GT-R, the new one is leaps and bounds ahead of the old one even though it may not look it visually.

It really is.The car is great fun and you never feel the need to change gears to get going. In any RPM, At any speed, just explore your right foot and the car just goes like a bat out of hell. Every single time I stepped on the gas, the exhaust just roared and I hope there were no stains left on the black leather seats. :eeps: The only gripe I had was interior quality felt sub par(I look forward to test driving the coupe. Rumors have it that it's been fixed) and every time I went anywhere near the throttle, I'd get the traction control light. The car was sitting on 275's all around I think. I would at least opt for 285's in the rear. Would help get that power down. Maybe even a limited slip diff. That comes optional on the C63 and for all I know, they don't equip a LSD on cars that MB puts on their lots. 481 horses and 46x odd pounds of torque certainly push you into the back of your seat. |

I would say c63. It's newer and cheaper to maintain than the other options. I've driven a 996 turbo it's an amazing car , but It's getting old , and expensive to maintain. Before you make any decision make sure you drive them all.

Hope you know how much you'd be spending on maintenance on either used car.
