Cutting up stock exhaust?
So I'm looking into leasing a 335i, was wondering if anyone has any experience with replacing stock muffler and tips with Borlas and quads or whatever, then taking it back to stock at turn-in time? Would they call you on that? I kind of doubt it but the bill would be preposterous if they did. Def would be about 1/5 the cost of BMWPE, otherwise I wouldn't ask. Appreciate any insight!

Borlas and quads, or whatever? Don't be silly, why would they mind? Also, why not cut an inch or so from the springs? They may even give you some money for the mods!

If you're going to cut it up I would suggest having a whole other stock system to put in before turning it back in. If they found out you cut it up and welded it back up I promise they would call you out on it.
