LED License plate lights facelift

Is it possible to mount the facelift oem led license plate lights on a E91 2006 wtihout any errors from the bulb check??

You will need to get a resistor if you go with the OE housings to prevent the error.

However, I would go with an aftermarket version like our WeissLicht LED License Plate Light Housings which are plug and play and error free.

I bought some aftermarket led's about 6 months ago, now one of them has gone too hell

I think most aftermarket led's are too bright. The oem has the right level not crazy bright. Those WeissLicht look very bright, but thanks for the tip
