I'm sure this has been answered before.

Will TPMS off an 08 335xi work on my 06 325i with no issues?

umm i did not know 06 uses tpms like the 07 and above.. i thought they had sensors outside the tire not in..

06 uses rolling diameter to calculate if the tire is deflated or not, don't even need a sensor, it uses the good old rubber valve stem, so sure, it will work on an 06, however, its not even necessary to have it there, it wouldn't hurt, just wasting money

oh that's interesting to know, so its not necessary in an 06 to have tpms. i did not know that. Thanks for the help. Anyone else have any input?

Yes - No TPMS in '06. Your car senses low pressure based on tire rotation.
Look at your valve stem... it is rubber unlike the TPMS which is metal.
If they are in the wheels you mount it is no problem...just unnecessary
