Tire shops in Portland

Hi, I am from Canada and will be driving down to Portland in a week. Can anybody recommend some shops(not too far away from downtown) that charge reasonable price on tires and would take care of painted wheel when mounting? Names and address of the shops would be great.
Thanks.

off topic: Are there any good places to check out? shopping, sight seeing, whatever there is

Thanks, but it seems like they do wheel repair work.
Do you know of any tire shops?
Thanks.
