Painting front turn signals on e92

I first took them out having discovered they were unique bulbs and couldn't find stock clear ones. I dislike the idea to have it com on and not just be a simple turn signal. The little LED at the edge of the eye is bright enough. Since I took it out, it looks much better but I gained the annoying light bulb indicator. I have an idea if it is possible to paint those bulbs chrome. Is there chrome paint that resists intense heat? I am getting tired of the check light coming on and people in the day not knowing in front of me that I am turning. I replaced those corner lights with yellow so that way at night people can have an idea I am turning as the bright yellow points to my left or right.

Do you mean the turn signal indicator?

If so:

Basically, no one makes a replacement bulb yet. As far as painting the bulb...I don't know how good an idea that would be.

You could also try to be the first to do the CDM on an e92:

Is the wiring the same for the E92? I would like to make the front turn signal just blink and not come on. Infact is it possible to make those orange LEDs blink instead?

The wiring must be diff't because of the way the angel eyes are wired in the e90, but I don't know how diff't. Open up the headlight wire adapter and take a look.

Gosh I don't think it is going to be easy just looking at the sockets. I think I will waite for a brave member to figure which wire it belongs to or waite for the Bentley book to come out. Thank you so much for your help Chesmu!
