Catless DPs - hardware and gaskets... reusable?

Guys,
I just bought a set of 'gently used' 3" catless downpipes.

I was reading up on ARDesign's website and it appears that their bomb-proof gaskets are reusable. What about their hardware though?

Has anyone had trouble/leaks reusing these gaskets and/or hardware?

Last but not least... is the original OEM hardware at the Turbos reused when installing aftermarket downpipes? No gasket up there?

Thanks for clarifying, I did search but most threads that match my queries were non relevant or incomplete.

-Walter

There is a gasket on each turbo flange. It is highly recommended that you replace those because they are crush gaskets, meaning, they will assume the shape of the downpipe one the bracket is tightened. If you put new downpipes, then you'll need new gaskets. BMW states that the two turbo ring gaskets must be replaced every time the downpipes are removed.

The rest of the hardware such as bolts and nuts should be reusable. The gaskets should always be replaced, unless otherwise specified.

as long as no one has ever beat up your turbo flange gaskets, you should be fine reusing them, they "should" be replaced per bmw, but i have never seen a case where they were bad, unless someone really had a hard time installing dp's and beat them all up. you can reuse the clamp and bolt, although most times i clean the bolt threads really good before reusing them

the dp to exhaust gaskets from bmw are useless, only one time use, the ar bombproof ones are reusable and so is the hardware

There's only one set of gaskets you'll need to buy. There are no gaskets up top.
You will, however, need to buy bolts/nuts for the flange connection to the midpipe. The oem bolts are permanently connected to the oem DP.

+1. No need in taking a risk when the effort and price to change them out is so low.

turbo ring gaskets.... I hear a whistling in the engine bay, sounds like a boost leak. Could it be that these gaskets have finally given up? Also I am having trouble reaching boost target in low gears but reach it fine in 5th and 6th. Anyone familiar with these symptoms?

I just upgraded my fmic, I have been over every connection several times, and I just am 2-3 psi shy of target in 3rd and 4th gear accd to jb4. Also wastegate activity is higher than I would like to see it at WOT as well. I am getting very discouraged with this car. I upgraded the fmic so I could reach target easier, and now it seems like I have messed it up???

Gaskets between the turbos and DPs? I didn't notice any when doing the swap 3 nights ago. Neither did my buddy who was helping me. We just reused the stock vbands too. I assume that's ok?

We also reused the stock gaskets between the DPs and midpipes. I'm going to go back and replace these as I can tell they're leaking... make a crappy noise, especially on cold start.
