16" wheels in 335i , will it fit?

i'm looking for a super cheap set of wheels to abuse (for auto-x).
my current options are 16" bmw oem (16x9) wheels or 17" OZ Racing Monte Carlo (17x8.5).
i'm not sure the quality of the OZ monte carlo so i'm thinking that the OEM is probably a safer choice?
would 16" wheels even fit around the brake rotor and caliper on E90 335i NON sport ?

any advise would be appreciated!

As OEM 16" wheels have been available on the 328i, but not the 335i, I doubt they would fit.

16" wheels do not clear the brakes on a 335i. In fact, very few 17" wheels will clear them.

16" will not clear 335i and older 330i, only the 325i and 328i.
