Yes but what are the odds of the two smart cars hitting eachother? My statement assumes a Smart car hitting a car twice it weight, or even 3 times.

I've never even seen 2 different smart cars in the last 365 days.

The lady driving the one smart car I saw.... well, IMO, she didn't look too smart.
