Derbi Senda SuperMoto 50cc... anyone else have one?

Is anyone else familiar with these? I found one of these little bikes for sale locally and I am about to jump on it. Its a 2001 Derbi Senda 50cc SuperMoto with a 80cc upgrade kit. Its registered as a moped and has lights, turn signals, and horn, so its street legal! I have never ridden a motorcycle and figure this is a good way to ease into it.

Is anyone else familiar with these? I am worried parts might be hard to come by (they are popular in Europe but rare in the US). If any US owners can chime in that would really help. This thing looks like a freakin' blast though! Can you say new commuter
