I wonder too if this would actually work? So, if I understand this correctly -- you plug it into the PROcede (and let it stay there plugged in ) and when you want to download a new PROcede update, you can wirelessly transfer the s/w update via a bluetooth connection from your laptop (if it's bluetooth capable)???

I've thought about trying this out when I swap out the xede.

That would probably work too. I mean I already updated to v1.4 on my PROcede (from v1.3) using the USB-Serial cable and it literally took me ~ 10 min. (mainly for taking off the covers), but I think a wireless solution would be nice. Let us know. Thanks, Danny.

I got a Sony Vaio with blue tooth...just plug that into the procede and use my lap top to upload maps into it via blue tooth?
