Hey Guys,

any experience buying stuff from here?.....planning to "bulk buy" parts from this site....

pardon my ignorance ...but i just converted to a bimmer... my 320i is 2010 and is the face lifted one with the extra lines on the hood and the all red taillights... is this referred to as the E90 "LCI"?

yeah thats an LCI


bimmian.com are good and have heaps of cool gear but it is a US website, and hence postage is usually fairly steep. but they are a well established and well regarded business.

Planning to buy

- CF Side mirror
- CF emblem (vinyls though)
- Smoked Tail light Vinyls


for now.....exterior mods....doubt there is much to do to the engine bay, still reading up on that....

am planning to change rims.. but as mentioned before...i was to hasty and went for the tyre rim insurance....kind of a waste to change now....am trying to figure if they will know the diff if i did upsize to 19"s but OEM styled rims....hmmmmmmm

let me know how you go with the Smoked Taillight vinyls. I couldn't find any for a reasonable price... most of them were over $70 or so before postage.

I decided to smoke mine myself... I haven't failed (yet) they just look a little unfinished right now.

You mean like you going to diy paint it? Yeah the vinyls cost round that much even locally.. Almost had mine done by my regular tinter when he came to do this car.. But the tint he had on hand was not good enough to fold into the curves.. We tried 35% and it looked good.. Might even go darker as the "reds" was still fairly visible and "reflective" enough imo to avoid defects

Can i just say... I love my bimmer... After all this rain .. Im going to have to wash my car for the first time.. Im scared...
