Freehold BMW has treated me extremely well! Open Road wouldnt do warranty work on my headlight levelers because they said I hit pothole last year when I took it there...I didnt hit a pothole at all. I brought it to Freehold and SA Dave Nagel took care of my big time!!!! There have been days when I called in same day with a limp from HPFP and he had a BMW rental for me when I got there. They typically have loaners spoken for way in advance. He also lets me choose the loaner and ive had a 11 535i, a 335id, a 328icpe, and an x3 one time. Really awesome service.....

I've only had good experiences with Circle, Freehold sucks IMO.

I've been to both, the advisors are equally helpfull and courteous. However, Circle is a pain in the A** about loaner vehicles. If you did not buy your vehicle from them, they WILL NOT give you a loaner car. Freehold is a different story, there a bigger organization (DCH) so I guess they have a different loaner policy.

I agree! Both are fine organizations but loaner policy is very different at each.
