Credit where it's due when a dealer gets it right.

Full 4 wheel refurb after some surface paint cracking. Car a couple of weeks left on AUC warranty-no qualms after I expected some excuses to wriggle out of it.

Free courtesy car-year old 530d GT!

And an MOT for £30 at the end.

All in all a great customer experience. Particular thanks to Jan (customer service manager)

Perhaps I am asking for kicking on this one?

Dropped into dealer and pointed out odd marks on 269 alloys. Warranty man took 3 seconds and agreed to 3 replacement wheels! No excuse, no maybe, no teeth sucking, just YEP, 3 new wheels under warranty, have a nice day. Well call you when they come in.

So far, I have been very very happy with these guys. They also did oil change for £80 odd when I supplied my own oil, again no hassle.

I think credit like this should be given to dealers who do get it right (the frist time) good result.
