Who has AluFelgen CS7 19x9.5 ET35 265 or 275 on rear of '09/'10 E90?

I just spoke to a very knowledgeable sounding e90post vendor who advised me a 19x9.5 ET35 AluFelgen CS7 (CSL rep) with 265 or 275 tires will not fit the rear of an '09/'10 E90 without rubbing. He could have very easily just sold me what I wanted to buy! He told me the LCI requires at least an ET40. I believe him, but being stubborn and just loving the look and quality of the CS7 wheel I'm still temped to try fitting a 19x9.5 ET35 with a 265/30/19 under my stock sport suspension 2010 335i sedan!

What I do know is my current setup of AluFelgen CS7 19x9.5 ET30 with General Exclaim UHP 275/30/19 rubbed the paint off the rear fenders when I mounted them on my new 2010! I was hoping the 5mm change in offset & 10mm reduction in tire width would get them in far enough to clear.

Anyone have first hand experience with this combination?

Thanks!

I ran ALUFELGEN SF-71 in 19x9.5" ET 35 with 275/30/19 RE-11 on my '11 LCI. Keep in mind that the RE-11 run very wide. I only rubbed on big dips. Once I installed KW V2s I rubbed pretty much everywhere but keep in mind I lowered it almost 1.5" all around. With a 265/30/19 you should be ok. There are a few LCIers running this setup as well.

Have you considered rolling your fenders?

I am running the SF-71's 19 x 9.5" et 35 on a 265 tire in the rear no problem, no rubbing. The vendor that told you that does not know what they are talking about. A 275 might rub depending on the tire and suspension set up, but with a 265 you will be fine. Take it from a fellow E90 LCI owner.

...and no fender roll?

Thanks for the good news, obviously that's exactly what I WANTED to hear!

Garage List
that set up Alufelgens at ET 35 should be a perfect fit for the rears, nice and flush on stock sport suspension. You can run 265's without rubbing. But ET 35 is the absolute max i would go. Offsets like ET 33 will certainly rub and thats only a 2 mm difference.

Wheels for sale

Thkfast,
Disregard my post on other forum! I just read the reason your wheels won't work on our cars. That's a shame because your car looks sweet with those wheels. What exact wheel, offset and tire are you going with and what vender are you going with? I will follow your lead since you seem to know what works!
Thanks

IF I sell my current set of AluFelgen's, then I'd like to go with 19x8.5 ET35 fronts with 235/35/19 and 19x9.5 ET35 rears with 265/30/19 in SILVER or HYPER BLACK AluFelgen CS7's if I could find an AluFelgen dealer who will answer a PM or email! Good luck.
