Anyone tried black-chrome 325/330/328/335 badges?
I just thought of doing this and I was wondering if anyone has ever done it?
If so, any pics? I think flat black paint on those rear badges will look weird, but black-chrome paint will look pretty good.

Normally, I like black chrome, but...
I put a black chrome license plate frame on the front of my Sparkling Graphite 328i and it looks terrible. Clashes with the stock black and regular chrome that's already on the car. It's just too many colors and destroys any "theme" the car might have had. Doesn't look too good with the SG color, either. Actually, it looks pretty tacky. All I need now is a silk shirt, unbuttoned to my navel, and a big gold medallion around my neck. On SG I think black or 'real' chrome would be the way to go (easy on the chrome, though). |

hmm. good thoughts.
I thought it might look clean on white car with blackline tails(darker shade). maybe i'll rethink about it.
