Hi Folks,

Just signed up on the board here.

I've been going back and forth trying to decide between a 2011 335xi and the 2011 Audi S4 for the past several months.

Finally decided on the 335xi sedan (sadly a coupe is not in the cards in the near horizon), Le Mans Blue, M-package, Oyster leather, woodgrain (not sure which one yet) and a big maybe, the Executive package.

Going for a test drive this weekend. Hopefully get a good deal like some of the posters on here have been able to do.

I do have a number of questions about leasing (never leased a car before):

1 - Is the best time of the year to lease in July/Aug for the next model year in order to get the highest residual values?

2 - If the answer to the above is true, am I better off waiting for the 2012 MY and leasing one of those in order to minimize my payments? (I am assuming my payment will be higher as the difference between purchase price and residual value will need to be made up via the monthly payments).

3 - Is it possible to wrap all the additional fees (PDI, etc) into the lease payment so I don't pay anything upfront?
