Can't load them on phizzle.... Depends how bad the damage is.... 200mph super saloon that's famed for it's performance that's compromised through an accident. No thanks.

I'd say the 1st is the obvious better of the 2 but the only thing would worry me is that advert says
THIS ONE HAS MINOR FRONT PANEL DAMAGE,**EASY REPAIR, WE HAVE KEYS AND THE CAR STARTS AND DRIVES* AND* NO CHASSIS OR INNER WING/*PANEL DAMAGE WE CAN ASSIST WITH A REPAIR OR PARTS If the damage is that minor and such an easy repair that they can do themselves then why havnt they? I dont know too much about the salvage repairables area but I'd weigh up initial price+parts+labour and any other costs to get it on the road then look ahead to the future to work out what the resale value would be worth opposed to holding off for a good working used version to come on the Market. Only my thoughts on it ![]() ![]() |

no no no no no.
just no. really. As speedtrap says, both of those are the same again to repair to a good standard as a minimum, they will be harder to insure, and you'll never sell them for anything other than peanuts. If you cant afford to buy one at their current (relatively) low prices (20-30k for a nice one), then dont buy one IMHO. |

I would also not run one of these without BMW warranty (my e39 M5 had 11k of warranty work in the 18 months I owned it). |

The second one listed looks especially bad.
It's not even got a running engine and he does state the engine requires attention. He looks like he does a bit of car trading himself and he is selling for a mate who has left the country. Looks more like he has bought it and realised he is in too deep. It seems to be the case that many dodgy cars are sold on behalf of someone who has left the country. Surprised anyone is left in the UK. |
