Anyone has 17" run flats for my 328 xi coupe?

Hello All,

I am at my lease end and my 2 rear tires are failing lease inspection. I just need 2 rear tires to pass the inspection so it does not have to be new. So, if there is something you want to get rid off please let me know and i will come and pick it up from you if you are around Boston or Worcester area.

BTW I have about 48K miles on the car.

Thanks.

BTW, have you checked craigslist? They might also have what you need.

My two rears have nails in them but my fronts are ok. It's still on the rims but if you wanted to swap and just give me some cash along with it, I could do that. Let me know.

So, do you want to get rid of your 2 front tires? I dont think i can put 2 tires with nails or am I missing something here? Also, how many miles do you have on those? I just want to make sure they pass inspection.

Thanks

What I meant was that we swap the entire two wheels (rims, tires and TPMS) since mine are still installed on the rims. I would trade you my front ones that do not have nails in them. You would just need to have TPMS on it as well. The condition of the rims would have to be the same or better too.

They are Bridgestone RFTs. I can take a picture later tonight if you want to see how much tread are left.

Yes I have TPMS on all of them. My rear 2 rims are in pretty good shape but my front rims are little scratched up. So it would be the easiest and quickest way out if we can just swap the entire rims with tires I guess. How miles do you have on your car or on the tires? HOpefully our rims are the same style?

Thanks

Hahaha, I guess we should have figured out what rims we both had first.

I have the 157s. I have 48,000 miles but it was CPOed when it had 20,000 miles. I believe the tread is decent but I can take pics to make sure. Are yours shot?

I got 157s too so we are ok on the RIM part but I think 48K is too much on tires and I doubt your will pass the inspection test.
My tires thread measures:
left rear: 4/32 5/32 1/32 (outer, center and inner respectively)
right rear: (5/32 5/32 0/32)
So the inner on both tires are a problem. The minimum is 4/32 so let me know if you can measure that.

Also, why do you want to swap them because I dont think you can safely use these tires? Or do you jsut want to get rid of yours?

Thanks

I was going to either sell the wheels or replace all four tires next season anyways and sell the two "good" ones. I do not have a tread measuring tool but I can take a picture tonight and show you if you want. Let me know.

Place a quarter into several tread grooves across the tire. If part of Washington's head is always covered by the tread, you have more than 4/32" of tread depth remaining.

Place a penny into several tread grooves across the tire. If the top of the Lincoln Memorial is always covered by the tread, you have more than 6/32" of tread depth remaining.

So, if you can take pictures with a quarter and a penny we will know the thread size.

Thanks
