Another 2007 335i COBB s1 DYNO

I thought i'd post my dyno results with COBB s1 (91 oct) vs stock.

Both runs have AA DPs installed. no other mods.

we did two runs for each case, the car was very consistent. The boost numbers look low, but I'm logging more than that with AP (check my previous post).

My next mods, are intake (AFE DCI), and a code3 fmic. Need to find time to install these...

Besides that, I'm very happy with the results.

Input or Comments are always appreciated

Nice. Now I really need to get my downpipes back on.

This was the 93 octane map, correct?

Yes you definitely do!!

sorry forgot to mention that, it's 91 octane. Unfortunately we have 92 octane in Oregon.

My car made 250awhp on a mustang dyno with all stage 3 catless mods (stock turbos) in "stock" mode. This is definitely a high reading mustang dyno. That being said we can just ignore the peak and look at the gains themselves

Boy, those stock numbers are extremely high for a mustang dyno. I've dynoed my car on a mustang when stock and I only got 250 whp, 275 wtq which seems to be more normal for a mustang. I haven't noticed any over 300 with stock boost.

Anyway good gains with the tune.

Definitely some great gains with the COBB AP. Glad to hear that your enjoying the tune and this seems to be the consensus with all COBB AP users so far!

I was surprised as well, as I was expecting something in the ball bark of 250 WHP. COBB had dynoed their own N55 135i at ~280 Whp, so with my DP I should be higher. With that said, I wish I had a baseline before my DPs to see their net gain without a tune...
But yeah the net gain due to the tune is good, so I'm happy
let's see what the fmic will add

I actually moved to Beaverton in June 2009 to work here so I know exactly how you feel.
The area here is very nice. I just wish it rained less

let me know when you come home for a visit
