Clay has nothing to do with the color of your car...

I am willing to bet nothing you can buy locally will be better than fine grade. You can try it, but fine grade tends to have a tough time with overspray (which is what I think that is). Color of the car doesn't matter. Two tips with clay; use a lot of lube and be patient, it can take awhile to work. If you want medium grade you'll need to buy it online.

FWIW, I am not 100% sure that is overspray (I'd have to feel it), but I've been doing this a long time, and I can say with relatively security that that is overspray; especially considering the fender was re-sprayed.

As for the re-sprayed fender, that match is laughable and should be fixed by the body shop.

OK so i went to the dealer and i'm dropping it off on monday.. Here are the results.

Front bumper overspray looking thing = will be removed. He said it's not a problem they will get it removed.

Difference in color, said it looks about the same but he will resend it to the body shop to blend in better. Monday i will tell the SA exactly how it's different from the bumper.

car pulling slightly to the right, could be the road, i noticed it my cousins car to so maybe it's not a problem. He told me he owns a e92 335i to so on monday i can drive his car as long as i want to see if his car does the same thing as mine. He said the low profile tires play a big role in the car pulling a little to the right.

So i told them to hold it as much as they see the car is good. If it gets repainted to actually look at the cars color prior to giving it back to me, if the alignment is changed to actually drive the car before they give it back to me because i don't feel like having my days off work to be at BMW or to call out to be at BMW.... I'll keep you guys updated.

Thats easy

I have seen this happen many times, its from water being heated while sitting under some sort of plastic, the two react and this happens, what you do is take a heat gun to it, keep it about 12 inches away and let it slowly heat up, if you dont have a heat gun, a hair dryer will work, once the spot on the bumper cover gets hot enough, it will simply dissapear before your eyes. Only takes a few mins.
