Any of these cosmetic mods void warranty?

Interested in getting a used 2011 or 2010 e90, but definitely want to stylize. Would any of these cosmetic mods void the factory warranty?

- non bmw 18" rims
- black kidney grille
- painted front bumper reflectors
- painted rear spoiler (adhesive attached)
- painted front lip splitter (adhesive attached)

- replace interior trim from wood to either brushed aluminum or glacial silver (exactly same as stock options)

Thanks.

In uk They sell us something called Shortfall, If you have that Shortfall Warranty (it means if your car is like $43000, and tomorrow someone crashes into it, and its totaled, book value maybe $38000, insurance will pay you 38000, bmw shortfall pays the balance 5k IF YOU QUALIFY).
However these F$%Łers knocked me off the approved list because of a lip spoiler, alloys and tinted windows. So no longer covered by shortfall warranty for cosmetic mods.
BUT Manafacuter Warranty i.e For main sale of car is OK as long as you dont modify any mechnical or working component. I.e Alloys will void your Suspension, Hub, Steering etc...depending on the warranty claim...if & when. Hope thats a little clear.

^^On this side of the pond it's called gap insurance. And that really sucks they wouldn't cover you because of cosmetic mods.
