Crevier BMW made things right!

I recently bought a 335is from Crevier for a decent price at $700 over invoice. During check out they offered me 2 additional years of maintanence for $4100... That seemed a little steep, so when I hesitated, they offered the "employee discount" of $2,795. I took it...

Five weeks later, i was browsing bmwusa.com and I see this service advertised at $2,095. I emailed the financial person and after checking with the supervisor, they credited my account $700, no questions asked.

Nice way to keep a customer happy.

Well..they could have told you the right price in the beginning. I would be very upset if I were you and demanded to get all my money back.

I guess they are great only if you buy cars from them. I got an used BMW 2008 from private party(car is still under warranty), and the front bumper center screen (mesh) is broken. I took my car to Crevier, bought the parts at the parts department, and wanted the service department to install it for me. Service representative asked for more than $100 for it, would take the whole day to replace the screen. I decided to look up the DIY instruction here, and it took me 40 mins to replace the screen.

Just my experience with Crevier.

Crevier Maintenance Plan

I had something similar happen to me right before Christmas (2010). I purchased a CPO 2007 335i and also financed the extended maintenance plan. When I recieved my statement in December I noted a credit of $2000 and I called to inquire and they told me that "I" had cancelled the plan.

I called my SA and within an hour a finance guy contacts me and states that they should not have sold me the exteneded maintenance, because the original owner had already purchased it. He basically told me "Merry Christmas".

I recently had a service visit to repair a DTC error and I confirmed with my service advisor that my maintenance and CPO plan is effective until 2013.

BTW the service dept there lacks attention to detail. They brought my car out after a software update and wash, wet and full of soap on the wheels. Weak stuff, I hope their mechanical work is not that shoddy...
