Modifications before tune.

Guys, stupid question, I have my cats deleted and an injen dci I know this isn't the normal course of modifications people follow but I was undecided on what tune to go with at the time. I'm positive now I am going the procede route. Will I see less of a gain due to the fact my car already has some bolt ons or does it not make a difference what order the parts were installed? Thanks mike

It does not matter which order, the procede will autotune itself to ur mods.
