Where can I get the turbo lag fix near Toronto?

I just tested out two of my friend's 335i cars and both don't have turbo lag . It's awesome to stomp and fly. But with the latest update my car has it (I posted the issue before) and I went to countless BMW dealerships in the area as well as called BMW Canada and even though they do it fine in America, they can't do it here for some stupid reason. Can I cross the border and as a BMW Buffalo dealership by showing them the SIB?
