Service engine light JB4

Hello, I recently bought the JB4 and i just installed it on my 07 335i coupe and the service engine soon light will not turn off. i have gone threw and reset it from the steering wheel options and it wont come off. the light will go off from the cluster but the engine service soon sign in the middle screen wont go away. now this is a problem because the car will not have much power, it will not produce power about after 3,000rps and will just keep about the same power at 3,000 and just carry over but the rps will rise but the power is the same. if you could email me back on what to do or how to fix it i would applicate it. I am stationed overseas in Germany and if there is any installers here that might be able to help me out that would be nice Thank you.

You can read the codes with the JB4. That should be your first step. Read the code and let us know what it is and we can go from there. I would also double check the install to make sure everything is fit correctly.
