wow so much information!! it will take me a while to carefully read over it but the more the better LOL.. some of the strategies belarus posted in communicating with the cop might be common research knowledge but still MUST be followed for best results..
and you also pointed out an excellent suggestion to attend the court beforehand to see what the process is like so i wont have a deer in the headlights look LOL..ive already mailed the dispute letter tonight and these posts will help me alot on what to do next.. will keep u updated.. thanks alot guys!!

Return the favor for good postings
I was recently in Onario (from California) and got a speeding ticket. Thank you for all your helpful postings on how to deal with traffic tickets north of the border. To return the favor: If you ever visit ca and get a traffic ticket in California you can fight the ticket by mail here with a process called Trial by Written Declaration it is very easy you can even do it yourself if you know how to prepare your own defense in a traffic infraction case. However, I have always used a website which is very helpful called http://www.2fixyourtrafficticket.com/. I hope you don't need the service.

hey, can anyone tell me how this method works?
How do I ask the notary to stamp that the ticket is nullified? I just got a ticket last night and I don't know what to do with it Thanks |
