spacer help?

hope you guys can help me, i installed my forgestar rims which are 19x9 in the front with 235/35/19 tire and the rears are 19x10 with 265/30/19 tire i believe the offset is 35 all around but could be wrong, the problem is that my front rims are rubbing on my strut so i took them off and was wondering if a spacer would help and if so what brand do you recommend and size for the spacer, ive seen them vary from 3,5,10,12,15mm and on. ive looked at macht schnell, bms, h and r.
My other question is would a spacer fix this problem

Thanks for the help!

If I remember correctly, a 9" wide wheel in the front should have an offset in the high 30's at least. I'd think a 5mm spacer would work.

Perhaps someone can confirm.

A spacer would help on the strut side but you don't want to go too far and rub on the fender. I would try a 5mm if your front offset is truly 35...19x9 ET30 seems to be ok on E90s

I went and bought the BMW wheel spacers that are a 10mm. I hope they work if not I'll have to get a 5. You guys think a 10mm would be to much?

Thanks for your help

Depends on what your offset is. If it's 35, with a 10mm spacer you'll be at 25, which IIRC is pretty low but has been done before. Haven't thought about E90 wheels in a while but ET25 sounds like a rear offset. If it's too much, you could throw it on back, get a 5 up front. 19x9ET30 and 19x10ET25 isn't unheard of on an E90.
