2011 335i. Am I getting a good deal?

The 335i Sedan I've configured has an MSRP of $49,925. They offer to sell it to me from $45,991. I guess this includes the option credit from BMW because when I mentioned that they told me this is the best price I'll get from them. They also told me this price is valid both for finance and leasing. The financing is 2.9% for 60 months, and leasing is as follows: MF 0.0024 and the residual is 64%. With no down, the initial payment is $1420 and its $660 including the tax for 36 months 10k miles a year. By the way I am from Northern CA and this car is to be ordered. What do you guys think? Is this deal any good?

Also what do you think the price should be if I do a european delivery? One more question is that, should I wait for F30? I have no idea when they'll be for sale.

Generally, invoice + $500 (excluding fees & incentives) is a good target. I would start there. Also, it looks like the dealer is marking the money factor up the maximum allowed (.0004) from the buy rate. Lastly, if leasing, the dealer is also allowed to mark up the acquisition fee by $200 (from $725 to $925). These markups are straight profit for them and fully negotiable.

I recently ordered a '11 335xi and got it for, in effect, $700 over invoice, but I also got the buy rate less the BMW owner loyalty discount. I probably could have fought for another $100-$200, but the dealer was awesome about everything else and it wasn't a big deal on a $54k car.
