help: Assistance person at 1800 number says my prod numbe is not found

I see my production number in OC : It says that its an order (it even has the color right)

When I called the 1800 #, the automated voice recognizes the production number and says its on order with no scheduled production date.

When I asked to speak with a customer service person - and gave them the production number.. they said its not found in the system - whats up?

Help!!! im freakin out..#kkLKJEOIR#$#RLJ

Thanks guys, my production number was 3671xxx

seems to be one of they "mysterious" dropped production numbers...

haha... my CA told me Week 25 with the old and dead production number, but with the new production number BMW NA told me Week 23. So you never know.
