active autowerke Tune for N52 in Hong Kong

anyone have active autowerke Tune for N52 in Hong Kong?
where to install? or have to send ECU to AA ??

Hi Kit...

I contacted AA a while back. The only solution is to send your ECU directly to them in the US or an authorised dealer listed on their website ie Beijing. Currently there's none in HK.

I've requested for a DIY to remove the ECU but they haven't responded.

Maybe can get another ecu from a scrap yard... Wonder how much that'd cost!??

I've asked that already and their response is the car can only use 1 ECU. If you replace it, the original one need to be decommissioned first then the new ECU reprogrammed to work. They said is not simply a swap ECU job.

We are better off taking out the ECU ourselves and sending it in.

My ecu screwed up, bought a 2nd hand for around 9k...

Looks like the powerbox will be a easier solution.. Too bad it Seems like the aa tune is much better from the responses in the forum thou
