lease a 2007 E92 335....ideal price???

Hey guys,
My cousin wants to lease a 2007 E92 335 and was wondering what is an ideal price (monthly payment) on a lease with $3500 down/3 year lease.
Dealer quote him $585. Does this sound about right?
(below are the specs)
And what if he was to do Euro Delivery....what price (monthly payment) is consider a good deal?

I'm not fimiliar with lease so any help would be great

36 months lease with 12000miles/year
$3500.00 due at signing (up front)

2007 335I coupe
Silver metallic paint
Black leatherette
Automatic with Streptronic (w/ paddle shifter)
Sport Package
Cold Weather package
Comort access

If I have to guess I would say it sounds about right to me.
However, in order to be more accurate you'll need to provide the MF, discount he got, fees due at signing (different from money down), and tax rate.

this is included all the fees/tax ($585)

He's likely paying tax up front...which is not smart. Also, putting money down is "less than wise"
