2008 335i Sedan Auto CPO Fair Price?

I am ready to move on to 335i.

I would like to know if the following two are good deals. I am not paying the asking price for sure. I am thinking of going atleast $2K under asking price. The question is do they have high demand for these cars that the dealer will stick to their asking price?

What should be a good Invoice price for the two cars I have listed below? One has Premium Package and 3.5K lower miles for $1000 more.

I found two cars in a BMW Dealership

1. 2008 335i Sedan Auto CPO
Miles: 30,000
Sports Pkg
Prem Pkg
Cold Weather Pkg
Asking Price:$ 30.5K
Fair Price...................................??????????

1. 2008 335i Sedan Auto CPO
Miles: 33,500
Prem Pkg
Cold Weather Pkg
Asking Price: $29.5K
Fair Price...................................??????????

Both are 1 owner cars - Listed as Commercial Vehicle on carfax. No service history at all on carfax.

Should I be worried with Commercial Vehicle with no service record?
These cars have fuel pump problems as well as ticking problem since these have been assembled in 08\2008.

Should I wait till end of the year for the mildly upgraded 2009 year models coming of the lease. I am in no hurry.

I will test drive them pretty soon. What should I look out for?

I have found this forum very enlightening and helpful in my car buying in the past.

Do let me know your opinion.

I'd keep shopping. You can get equal cars for less. I have seen them.

test drive them

at that price you can get an 09, look at the prices on the forum. it should be comparable added 1-2 grand.
