I have a set of ST coils they have about 2k miles and I have a set of brand new front and rear sway bars for sale

ST coils for $600
HnR for $500
Or both for $1k

how is the ride quality vs stock for the coiloverS? are they stiff? i want something for my DD that i take autocrossing once a while
