I'm considering a 2007 328xi CPO. 32k miles. Dealer wants $24,208. Darien, CT. They seem to be quite firm on the price. White, black leather. Well optioned, no nav. Trading a 2006 MINI Cooper. Not getting quite what I want for this car, but not bad.
What key issues should I look for and ask about? What should I require the dealer to prep before I buy?

I just bought a 2006 330i TiAg with black interior today. I have heard that the transmission can have a "clicking" sound in some and that it is very common for the engine to have a metallic clicking sound that can be fixed by rebuilding the top end.

Find out if any work has been done in these areas. Otherwise i believe its a solid choice.
