Best Matching, Aesthetically pleasing Aftermarket Rear Tail Lights?

Hey guys,

I've got a little extra cash coming my way from taxes, and I wanted to spruce up my Pre-LCI E90 325i a little bit!

Since buying my E90 Pre-LCI, i've always considered the car not much of a looker. My rims have grown on me (the ones that are "five spoke, but really have two "spokes" per "spoke" -- yeah, I don't have the rim # lol), the body has especially been attractive to me -- so sleek!

However, the biggest gripe I have with my car is the rear tail lights!

I would LOVE to have these lights installed, but sadly as far as I know, they are only a concept/drawing by one of our members here and have never entered any type of production (we should rally to get these made!)

and of course,

the E90 LCI rear tail-lights look pretty awesome, but I think it would be kinda "ricey" or chintzy to install on my pre-LCI car, don't you guys think? That's not to say there hasn't been some really good retrofits like:

However, I only sport an AUTOMATIC 325i, so I feel like not only would it be expensive to retro-fit LCI lights into a CSL-bootlid (cost of lights + trunklid + paint) and it would look way to aggressive for my car!

I really dislike the standard lights, and although I like the blacklines, it would still be the same "lights". Have you guys got any good aftermarket suggestions?

Just get blacklines they are the shit.

Try this. Hold off on lights for now. Save up a bit more and keep your eyes peeled for an lci trunk in your color that someone replaced with a csl trunk. Then pick it up along with lci lights and give your car a nice update.

Save up a bit more and keep your eyes peeled for an lci trunk in your color that someone replaced with a csl trunk.
