Is this what I need for to Convert to HID?

I have Halogen's on my e90 right now...

So is a MTEC HID conversion Kit what I need?
The link below is to what looks like a reliable Ebay Seller

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...MakeTrack=true

Thanks

Will lights like these give a focused beam like the stock Xenons or is it just one of those super bright bulbs?

i believe that a focused beam can only be achieved with the help of projectors..HID kits just give you a much brighter beams but it'll be dispersed..someone correct me if i'm wrong

yeah, I'll just use it for a brighter light...angel eyes would run me about 2k for a xenon upgrade -__-. Thanks for the help though. That MTEC kit is really nice for an upgrade.

So? Can I use this kit for my fog lamps or should I try to upgrade the fog lamps with a xenon kit?

Have you done this yet? Would love to get some feedback on this, since I am in the same position with halogens here.

From one of pictures in the ebay listing, the bulbs seem to come in some sort of cylindrical casing. Shouldn't this give you projected beams though may not be as same as true xenons. Has anybody done this yet?
