watch out for fuel pump problems!! (enter 'fuel pump problem' in the search to see what I mean).

These are mainly on 335's but they are now showing on 325(328) and 330s

good luck and have fun with your new car.

If you can afford it, CA is a good thing to have.

I have it and it just makes life easier, no messing around trying to get your keys out of your pocket, no keyring knocking against the dashboard etc...

You will read lots of different opinions about CA but at the end of the day, if you can afford it, then why not.

I think one of the most important things that makes a lot of difference is the choice of wheels. This can 'make or break' a good car. Generally, the bigger the better, 17's are awful, 18's are ok, 19's are much better.

+1. Wheel truly make or break the car. For example the 17 on the 328i coupe are awful. If i were you I would save the money get nice non-rft after-market wheels for the cars.

thx for the advise. but sadly the CA is not avail at the dealer. strangely i had tried for the 19" but was jus wonderin bout the ride feel. n i really feel tht 18" dont look too bad. i like them. the more i try to add the more i find them unavailable.
i obviously want to keep my eyes open for the after market wheels.
want good options. there is a good market for after market alloys in the uae.

They look pretty nice actually in person and you get a better ride with 17s. I saw them and they look like 6 series rims.

not to hijack this thread, but since so many replies have been on the subject of wheels...

i really like some of the 19" wheels that show up on the accessories page of the website. my ca told be that there is no way to get these without paying for them completely (you get no credit for the wheels that come with the car and you've already paid for). that means the jump from 18" to 19" costs you around 4,000 depending on style.

i don't have any reason to doubt this is the case and haven't had any luck searching the forum.

just wondered if anybody has heard anything differently?

congrats on the order asif, 330i is a great choice, and the new model has an updated 272 hp engine (other than the older 255)...

silver is a great color, specially when it comes to keeping the car clean

as for the wheels, the 18" on the coupe (style 189 i think) look really great, most 335i's have them...

and IF you get bored of the rims, you can change them after a year, many good shops in UAE

well, mostly, the case here, if the dealer has a set of the upgraded rims, he wont charge you the full price, just the difference... (my cuzns and my friend did that)

but if the rims you are asking for are not available in stock, you have to pay the full amount.
