Stuck in Traffic, wondering why in the hell i live in New York and everything then all of a sudden, i see wierd 3 series and I'm like hold on where's the driver, I drive closer to the car and see that it’s a right the driver is a FEMALE=] & the cars Right handed. She had consul plates meaning her car was imported from her country and brought to over here. Thought it was pretty cool and thought I would share it with all of you guys.

There's a blue one around queens as well, with diplomat plates.
