I found this in one of the threads but I don't know if it's the most current. It was stated that this was for a 15k mile/yr lease.

2007 BMW 328Ci Coupe
24 Month – Residual 68% of MSRP – .00140 Base Rate
36 Month – Residual 58% of MSRP – .00140 Base Rate
48 Month – Residual 42% of MSRP – .00320 Base Rate
60 Month – Residual 34% of MSRP – .00320 Base Rate

A CA quoted me 58% @ 0.00195 on a 36 month lease.

Saw it. I don't know why the dealer is quoting me 0.00195 on 36 months when that says 0.00140.

From what I know, the dealer can add up to .0004 (max). With the maximun markup, the rate should be .0018. Ask your dealer how they came up with the number, .00195. Hopefully they made a mistake.

My dealer's markup was .0002. When I met with my CA to go over the lease numbers. I told him where I got the info and showed him my calculations. His numbers and my numbers matched almost exactly. Hopefully your CA will be open to showing you how he's coming up with the final numbers.
