target boost value question

Hello members;

I've logged via BT cable the Target boost pressure, it shows values like 1935.31 hpa, does anyone knows how much does it equal in psi?

I tried converting it, it shows arround 27 psi wich is false...

with the JB4 interface it was so easy reading them because values were shown as psi and not hpa....

It looks like it is reading in absolute pressure. Absolute = ambient + manifold.
Ambient = 14.7 psi @ sea level

Ambient = 14.7 psi @ sea level
I was at sea level, and I logged the manifold pressure as well, wich is 193
KPA

edit: make sense now so,

target boost is 1943.13 hpa wich is 28.18271793157015 psi

and ambient is 14.7 psi @ level sea wich is 1013.5293220957487 hpa

so its target boost - ambient = 13.7 psi

correct?

I didn't clearly state what I meant to:

absolute = ambient + gauge pressure

Your manifold is reading ~28 psi absolute, so 13.3 psi gauge which is what a boost gauge would show.

I've never used a BT tool, but I'd be willing to bet it is giving you a reading in absolute
